Just wanted to give a brief update. It looks like the best app to convert formats to and from eBooks is call Calibre. So I have downloaded it and will attempt to convert the SC html app. Once I have done that it appears you use another app to edit it adding Kindle codes, table of contents etc. I'll let you know how it goes.
