Getting Started With Kindle Direct Publishing (KDP)

I think that it is best for each of us to open our own accounts on KDP. If you have an existing account with any other Amazon service, it will want to be linked to it. This will give you access to the tools you need, as well as help files and the community forums where the developers share information.

Kindle Direct Publishing

There are specs specifically for the original Kindle and for Kindle Fire. We need to make sure we are following the Kindle Fire Guildelines. If you are not careful, it is easy to get sidetracked looking at the specs for the Kindle which are much more restricted in what is allowed, especially when it come to the complete file size that the enhanced Kindle Fire book can be.
